The realtors that work with Foxbank Plantation are all stars! We talked with Drew Sineath and dating over 50 site about what makes Moncks Corner such a great place to live:
Tell us about yourself and how you became a realtor in the area.
Drew: I got my start in the mortgage industry in 1997 when I started South Carolina Mortgage Company. I earned my real estate license in 2000 and practice both real estate and mortgage through the beginning of 2002. I decided to make real estate my full-time career and maintained my license under a local real estate firm for the next 5 years. In 2007, I started my own real estate firm called Drew Sineath & Associates. Our office was located in Goose Creek and served the entire Charleston, tri-county area. After owning my own real estate firm for 10 years, I decided to join forces with Carolina One Real Estate. So in 2017, I joined the Metro North (Goose Creek) office of Carolina One Real Estate. The office is located in Crowfield Plantation, where I also reside with my family: my wife April and my two beautiful daughters, Ellie and Nora.
Amanda: I was working in the hospitality industry before I started working for Sabal Homes. I was bartending at a restaurant in downtown Charleston, and Sabal was there for a celebratory dinner. One of the consultants for Sabal suggested that I should shadow one of their employees for a day if I was ever interested in getting into real estate. Everyone was having so much fun and the camaraderie between the employees was so vibrant and boisterous that I figured I shouldn’t pass up the opportunity. I shadowed a Sabal Homes community sales manager for a few hours and immediately signed up for real estate classes the next day. I applied to be an assistant sales agent and have now been a community sales manager for Sabal Homes for about three years.
