The Midfield neighborhood is now under construction, with 56 lots becoming available in early fall. Midfield is located in the heart of the community and directly adjacent to Foxbank’s signature 67-acre lake. Twelve lots are on the lake, many more have lake views, and all have easy access to the lake through the provision of park space. The unique topography of this part of the community allows for lake views from various vantage points. “These are some of the best lots in the community,” says Jeff Randolph, developer of Foxbank Plantation.
Common areas in the neighborhood as well as a park perpendicular to the lake allow for quick access to the lake for all residents. “We wanted to insure all of our residents enjoy spectacular lake views and access through the continued provision of pocket parts and creative land planning.” Crescent Homes and Sabal Homes are offering homes ranging from the mid-$200s.
The final phase of the Topsaw neighborhood has been completed. Crescent Homes is offering homes in the upper-$100s to mid-$200s, with 58 new lots available.
Site work has begun on Foxbank Elementary School, including site clearing and initial grading, expected to be complete in July. Berkeley County School District along with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture are working on the final design of the building. The school is scheduled to open in 2018.
Construction of the 5,700-square-foot Foxbank Fire Station is set to begin soon, too. Residents will benefit from increased fire protection from the Town of Moncks Corner and a drop in homeowner insurance rates as well. The station is slated to open in 2016.
Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church has started construction and should be open by spring 2016
